These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Client by BZLink.io. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you don’t agree with any part, don’t use Client.
1. Who operates Client
Client is an app by BZLink.io, a service operated by Pedro Belly under the trade name BZLink.io, located at 94 Fairway Avenue, Belleville, NJ 07109, United States. “We” means BZLink.io and “you” means the person using the app.
2. What Client is
Client is a tool to record your clients, products, sales and collections, and to remind you who to collect from and who to offer again. It helps you stay organized, but it doesn’t replace an accountant:
- Client receipts are sales receipts, not tax invoices.
- Profit is an estimate: sale price minus the cost you entered, without expenses.
- Exchange rates are for reference. Always check the rate you use to charge.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Provide real information and keep your email up to date: it’s how we can tell you about something important.
- Keep your password safe. What happens with your account is your responsibility, unless you tell us about access that wasn’t yours.
- An account belongs to one person. Don’t share or sell it.
4. Your data and your clients’ data
What you record in Client is yours. You give us permission only to store it, show it to you and do what the app needs to work. How we handle it is in the Privacy Policy.
By recording your clients’ data, you agree to have permission to store it, to use it only to serve them and to follow your country’s laws on personal data and messaging. Messages you send them from Client (over WhatsApp, SMS or email) are sent by you, from your phone and with your account on that app.
5. Plans and payments
- Free never expires and needs no card. It has limits on clients, products, catalogs and companies, shown in the app.
- Basic and Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions paid through the App Store with your Apple account. Apple charges them, they renew automatically at the end of each period, and you cancel them from your iPhone settings at least 24 hours before renewal. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are decided by Apple under its rules. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If we change a plan’s price, it applies under App Store rules, which notify you beforehand.
If you move to a lower plan, nothing is deleted. Whatever goes over the new plan’s limits is suspended: you see it with a lock, but you can’t sell to it, collect from it or edit it until you upgrade again or free up space. For clients, the most recent ones are kept; for products, catalogs and companies, the last ones you added are suspended.
6. Invitations
- Each account has a code to invite other people.
- The inviter earns 1 month when the invited person signs up with their code, subscribes to Basic or Pro, Apple confirms the payment, and they don’t cancel or request a refund within their first 30 days.
- If the inviter is on Free, the month is 1 month of Basic. If they already pay through Apple, the month is saved and applied to their subscription.
- The code is entered at sign-up or within the account’s first 7 days. Using your own code, or accounts created only to earn months, doesn’t count.
- Earned months can’t be exchanged for money. We may void rewards that come from abuse, and change or end the program with notice in the app; months already earned are honored.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use Client for anything illegal, to store people’s data without their permission, to send unwanted messages, to sell prohibited products, or to try to access other accounts, copy the app or overload the service.
8. The service
We do our best to keep Client working, but we can’t promise it will never fail. There may be outages for maintenance or failures of the providers we use.
Reminders are scheduled by your phone: if you turn off notifications, if your phone is off or if you delete the app, they won’t reach you. Check Follow-up from time to time.
We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something important you were paying for, we’ll tell you beforehand.
9. Limitation of liability
Client is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales or collections, for decisions you make based on the app’s numbers, for data loss not caused by our negligence, or for indirect damages. Our total liability to you won’t exceed what you paid for Client in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
10. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from the app (More → My account → Delete my account). Everything is deleted and can’t be recovered. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it in your Apple account too.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk.
11. If you downloaded Client from the App Store
- This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Client or its content.
- You may use Client on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Client. Support is ours: support@bzlink.io.
- If Client fails to meet any warranty required by law, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price if applicable. Beyond that, Apple gives no other warranty for Client.
- Claims about Client (defects, legal compliance, consumer protection, intellectual property) are ours to handle, not Apple’s.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of restricted parties.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update this document; the date of the last revision is at the top. If a change is significant and affects you, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use Client after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute is resolved in the competent courts of Essex County, New Jersey, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
